Find your videos in the library
Browse, search, filter and sort every video your organization has made in the Videospan library.
Every video your organization makes lives in the library, under Content. Grid and list views, search, filters and sorting help you get to the right video quickly, even as your library grows.
Steps
- Select Content in the sidebar. The Library tab shows every video you can access.
- Switch between Grid and List at the top right, whichever you prefer.
- Select Search & filters to open more options.
- Type in Search videos to find a video by its title.
- Or narrow the list by Collections / Webinars, Tags, Media Type or a date range. Select Clear filters to see everything again.
- Use the sort menu to order videos by Newest, Oldest, Title or Recently updated.
- Use the tabs across the top to switch to Collections, Compilations or Webinars, each listed on its own.
Good to know
- Folders keep things organized. Use Folders on the left to group videos. A folder's access controls who in your organization can see what's inside.
- Compilations are included by default. Turn off Include compilations in the filters to see only original videos.
- Can't find a video? It may be in a collection or folder you don't have access to. Ask the person who created it to share it with you.
