Videospan V3: What you need to know.
Library & Collections

Tag your videos

Label Videospan videos with tags so you can group them and filter a collection down to just the videos you need.

Tags label your videos, like Testimonial or Approved, so you can group them and find them later. Tags are shared across your organization.

Watch: Tag your videos (0:42)

Steps

  1. Open Content, then the collection with the videos you want to tag.
  2. Select Tags and type a name for your tag.
  3. By default, the tag goes on every video in the collection. To pick specific videos, choose Select Posts and tick the ones you want.
  4. Select Tags again, then the plus button, to add the tag.
  5. Use Filter by tags to show only the videos with that tag.

Good to know

  • Manage tags in one place. Go to Settings → Tags to add or remove tags for your whole organization.
  • Removing a tag removes it from every video it was on. The videos themselves are not affected.
