Notifications
See what's new in Videospan from the bell in the top bar: recent activity, work that is still in progress, and your full notification history.
Notifications tell you when your videos are ready and what your team is up to. Everything is a click away from the bell in the top bar.
Steps
- Select the bell in the top bar to open Activity.
- Recent lists what has happened, like a new video going live in a collection. Select one to go straight to it.
- In Progress shows work that is still running, like videos being processed.
- Select See All for your full notification history.
Good to know
- The number on the bell shows how many notifications you haven't seen yet.
- Email preferences. Email notification settings are under My Profile → Notifications.
