Edit your profile
Update your name, username, website, bio and picture in Videospan, so teammates know who's behind each video and comment.
Your profile is what teammates see next to your videos and comments. Keeping your name, picture and a short bio up to date helps people know who they're working with.
Steps
- Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar to open your avatar menu, then choose My Profile.
- Select Edit profile.
- Update your First Name, Last Name, Username, Website or Bio.
- To change your picture, select + Upload next to your avatar.
- Select Submit. You'll see Profile updated, and your teammates see the changes right away.
Good to know
- Your email address can't be changed here. It's your sign-in identity. Contact support if you need to change it.
- More personal settings live on the same page. The tabs across the top of My Profile cover your AI language, notifications, recording and speaker settings, AI skills and appearance.

Your profile is what teammates see next to your videos and comments. Let's update it. Open your avatar menu at the bottom of the sidebar, and choose My Profile. Select Edit profile. Update any of your details, like your website or a short bio. Select Submit to save your changes. Your teammates now see your updated profile.
