Personal settings
Set your recording defaults and speaker details, switch between light and dark themes, and review notification preferences in Videospan.
Besides your profile, a few personal settings let you make Videospan work the way you like: recording defaults, how the app looks, and which updates you receive.
Steps
- Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar to open your avatar menu, then choose My Profile.
- Open Recording & Speaker to choose your default camera and microphone, and the speaker details filled in when you record.
- Open Appearance to switch between Light and Dark.
- Open Notifications to review the email updates you can receive.
Good to know
- Your theme follows you. Your appearance choice is saved to your account, not just this browser.
- AI Skills. The AI Skills tab holds reusable instructions for the AI email writer.
