Invite team members
Invite teammates to your Videospan organization, choose a role for each person, and track pending invitations.
Organization owners can invite teammates to Videospan and choose a role for each person. Invitees get an email with a link to join, and you can track every invitation until it's accepted.
Before you start
You need to be an Owner of your organization to invite people.
Steps
- Select Add Team on the organization card at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Under Teammate emails, enter one or more email addresses. Separate them with spaces, commas, semicolons or new lines.
- Each address gets its own role selector, set to Admin by default. Change the role for anyone who needs a different level of access, such as Brand Admin.
- Select Send invitations. Each person receives an email with a link to join.
- You'll land on Team Invitations, where each invitation shows as Pending until it's accepted.
Good to know
- Resend or remove an invitation. Use the buttons beside each pending invitation under Settings → Team Invitations. Pending invitations also expire automatically.
- Duplicates are removed for you. If you paste the same address twice, it's only invited once.
- Invitees need to sign up with the invited address. If someone signs up with a different email, send a new invitation to the address they used.
