Join a webinar as a guest
Join a Videospan webinar as a presenter from a guest link: enter your name, check your camera and mic, and join the session. No account needed.
Invited to present in a Videospan webinar? Open your guest link. You don't need an account, and everything runs in your browser.
Steps
- Open the guest link you were sent.
- Enter your name under Your display name. The host and audience see it when you are on stage.
- Select Continue, and allow your camera and microphone when your browser asks.
- In the lobby, pick your Camera and Microphone, and use Test to check your sound.
- When the host is ready, select Join session.
Good to know
- Use a current desktop browser. Chrome or Edge works best.
- Backgrounds. In the lobby, you can use a green screen or upload a background image.
- Watching only? If you were sent a watch link instead, you can watch without appearing on camera.
