Webinars

Host a webinar

Host a live Videospan webinar from your browser: join the lobby, go live, switch layouts, end the session and find your recording.

Hosting a webinar happens right in your browser, and Videospan records it for you. When you end the session, the recording is processed and saved to the webinar's collection.

Watch: Host a webinar (0:56)

Steps

  1. Open Content, then the Webinars tab, and select your webinar.
  2. In the lobby, check your camera and microphone, then select Join session. Share the guest link with your speakers so they can join you.
  3. When everyone is ready, select Start session. You are live, and recording starts.
  4. While live, switch between Grid and Feature layouts, or show Q&A, a call to action or a chapter title.
  5. When you are done, select End session. That ends it for everyone.

Good to know

  • Leave without ending. Leave exits the session without ending it for others.
  • Your recording. After the session ends you'll see Session ended — recordings are ready. Select View composite recording to watch it.
