Upload a video
Upload a video you already have to Videospan, save it to My Videos or a collection, and add who's speaking for branded lower thirds.
Already have a video? Upload it, and Videospan gets it ready to share in minutes, with a transcript and AI insights to follow.
Steps
- Select Create in the top bar, then Upload a Video.
- Give your video a Title.
- Under Save to, keep My Videos (private), or pick any collection you can upload to.
- Select Upload Files and choose your video. You can also drag files onto the page.
- Optionally, add who's speaking: first and last name, title and company. They fill in the lower thirds on your branded videos.
- Select Upload. You can keep working while it finishes.
Good to know
- Supported files. MP4, MOV and WebM video, plus image files.
- Several at once. You can select multiple files; each becomes its own video.
- Keep the tab open until the upload finishes. Processing then continues on its own.
