Manage and delete share links
See every share link your organization has created, check how each one is performing, copy it again or delete it to revoke access.
Every share link your organization creates is listed in one place, under Publishing. From there you can see how links are performing, copy one to share again, change how its page looks, or delete it to stop anyone from opening it.
Steps
- Select Publishing in the sidebar, then the Playback Links tab.
- Find a link in the list, or type in Search links to look it up by name.
- Select the link to see its URL, settings and how many times it's been viewed.
- Use Copy URL to share it again, Edit Settings to change its page, or View Analytics for more detail.
- To stop anyone from opening the link, select Delete, then Delete again to confirm. You'll see Link deleted.
Good to know
- See totals across all links. The top of Playback Links shows Total Views, Playback Started, Playback Completed and CTA Clicks for your whole organization.
- Deleting is permanent. Anyone who opens a deleted link loses access to the video. To share the video again, create a new link.
- Embeds are listed separately. Manage them the same way on the Web Embeds tab.
