Growth Marketing Manager

Remote-first role at Videospan. Join a team that's defining the next generation of video infrastructure.

About the Role

What You'll Do

The details below outline the scope of this position and what we're looking for in our next teammate.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build the marketing engine that will take Videospan from late-stage seed to Series A and beyond. This is a hands-on, builder role: you will own demand generation, develop the KPIs that matter, and automate the systems that let a small team operate like a much larger one.

What you'll do

  • Define and own the marketing KPI framework, from awareness and acquisition to activation and pipeline contribution.
  • Build and optimize automated marketing workflows across email, paid channels, content, and product-led growth motions.
  • Develop performance marketing campaigns and organic content strategies that reach video marketers, creators, and enterprise teams.
  • Instrument analytics and attribution so we understand what is working and double down quickly.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success to align messaging, improve conversion, and launch new initiatives.
  • Operate as a marketing team of one today with the opportunity to shape how the function scales.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing for B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of developing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that drive decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io, or similar).
  • Strong grasp of paid social, SEM, SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data tools and marketing attribution.
  • Experience marketing video, creative, or developer-focused products is a plus.
